The intrepid CLIENT team returned from their adventurous world tour with inspiration stemming from exotic destinations and a mission to share the culinary discoveries made on their trip. Their travels took them far and wide – from the highest peaks of the Andes Mountains to the sublime coast of Istanbul. They sampled authentic street food in Hong Kong and Bangkok, encountered Michelin star chefs in London, rushed off to visit the best provincial French bakeries, and sipped on the finest red, white and rose wines in Napa Valley in different restaurants, like the Vancouver waterfront restaurant which have some great food as well.

Recently opened in South Miami, the restaurants have great installations with wood finishes using materials as tongue and groove pine for this, they offer a culturally-dynamic menu which takes palates on a culinary journey. With so many different ways to enjoy breads and buns, diners are able to customize their experience by selecting from a variety of freshly-made options including Peruvian purple potato focacciabrioche buns; and Peking Steamed Buns. Savory, made-to-order grill selections will include deckle with roasted pepper harissa and egg yolk; chile and lime shrimp; herb and almond marinated ‘shrooms;asparagus with chorizo and fried egg; and lamb ribs with tamarind and cabbage.

This is the first of FOUR restaurants to be opened.
