Corporate Reservations Coordinator jobs – Sales- Hospitality – Spring Valley, New York Remote OK for night shift

  • base wage $19-20/hr. + COMMISSION You must make Minimum commission $15K annually (to stay in the game)  and may be much more; benefits include: medical, short -term disability insurance and 401(k) plan with a company match
  • TWO POSITIONS OPEN: One is days, the Second is nights
  • No REMOTE, you must relocate

About The Job

The role of Reservations Coordinator will be a liaison between guests and the Global Luxury Suites Division, providing information and taking and verifying reservations.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm in office. Rotating weekends, evenings, holidays and legal holidays from home as scheduled.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Discover and reach out to potential sales opportunities by phone, chat and email.
*Conducting cold calls to obtain reservations and other benefits.
*Developing sales/reservations from a wide range of leads and opportunities.
*Responds to phone and email booking requests.
*Answers inquiries pertaining to properties.
*Makes and confirms reservations.
*Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.
*Maintains property listings on marketing websites.
*Manage lead process, verifying all leads are addressed and process in a timely manner.
*Performs general administrative and data entry tasks.
*Supports the rest of the team as directed.

Education/Experience Required

At least 3 years’ experience in reservations/sales. Hospitality background/experience a very big plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
