The Owners are re-developing the Tsaina Lodge on Thompson Pass

outside of Valdez, AK.  Thompson Pass is well renowned as the top extreme
heli-skiing location in the world and the Tsaina Lodge is where it began.
It was previously an old road house and guest cabins.  We are building a
new hotel, restaurant and bar and the guest cabins
will be used for employee housing.

The hotel will house 32 guests, plus there are several other heli-ski
operations in the area whose guests will likely often dine with us.
Our scheduled opening is March 4th, 2012 and our season will run through
May 5th.  A typical guest will stay with us for one week.  In addition
to our guests, 25-35 employees will be living on the property; 28 heli-ski
guides and pilots and lodge staff of 7 to 15.

The Executive Officer position work directly with Ingrid and I and
will have responsibility for all phases of the organization from the
completion of construction regarding the safety when using  a chop saw or miter saw , as well as successful opening to a complete seasonal
closing of the business.  The candidates responsibilities will include all
aspects of our hospitality business with the exception of heli-skiing
operation.  He or she will be responsible for strategic planning, marketing,
operations, employee recruitment and management, and finance.  We would
like to fill this position by December and can hire as early as October.
The hotel will close for the season in May 2012.  Although if a summer or
year-around business opportunity is developed for the property, the
position can be continued.  This is chance for someone to lead the opening
of a world class hotel, restaurant and bar, which was coined by Men's
Journal several years old as "the best located ski bar on earth."

For our first season, we are already 50% pre-booked through our agreement
with our heli-ski operator.  The Executive Officer will be the de facto
CEO and responsible for everything including Marketing, Sales and Promotion.
It is expected that the EO will find a way to fill the property to capacity.
We are only interested in someone with a feel for the ski industry for this
position.

The Executive Chef who reports to the CEO will be a gourmet chef who will work with the
best Alaskan sea food that can be had.
