5+ years of fine dining management experience/ Dining room director

High volume experience a plus

Good wine, spirits and mixology knowledge

Excellent organizational skills

A leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and possess genuine passion for food and wine

Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to details

Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your restaurant Outlet team
