Location is Hawthorne NJ. Position could be Remote from one of the areas where they have properties.

About the Job

The role of the Corporate Sales and Marketing Director will be to oversee the Sales Department. The Marketing responsibilities are less than the Sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, direct and oversee sales team and strategy
  • Generate outreach efforts to prospective / potential / existing clients.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to define and optimize sales strategies.
  • Interact with branding and marketing management to understand market and client needs.

Education/Experience Required

Experience in B2B sales. Experience in developing brands and sales strategies as well as Digital sales.

Computer Proficiency Required.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required.

Preferred Skills:

*Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, 3rd party marketing platforms.

  • Social media and technical sales skills.
  • Leadership skills to drive a team to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Experience in client based environment with the need of customer service orientation.
