Director of Food and Beverage (With Focus Primary Focus on Restaurant Management and Oversight)We're looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join Client's management team. Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management or equivalent ANDat least 2 years’ experience in dining as a Director of Food and Beverage / Restaurant(s), with a very strong background in Restaurant Management, (Fine dining and Concept Restaurants preferred), and responsibilityfor multiple outlets including, in-room dining, bar, pool and banquets/events.Your experience should include management of F&B operations / Full Scale Restaurants and budgets, revenue maximization, creation and execution of successful dining concepts, and recognition as a respected leader.The expectation is that you will already have developed a reputation for creating exceptional dining experiences with a focus on food, service and ambiance. Previous experience in a 4 or 5 Star property is required.
