About the Job
The role of Customer Service Representative is a key member of the guest service team responsible for interacting with guests. This role will provide information in response to inquiries and handle/resolve problems that arise.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm in office. Rotating Weekends, Holidays and legal holidays from home as scheduled.
Office Location: Hawthorne, NJ: 20 miles from Greater NYC area.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Handle all relevant customer service needs of our guests while communicating with appropriate departments and utilizing relevant tools.
*Follow through all guest requests and activities until successfully completed.
*Troubleshoot customer service inquiries.
*Manage guest arrival process.
* Provide coverage for team members as scheduled.
*Support training for Customer Service Team Members.
*Oversee emergencies from the call center.
Candidate will possess strong customer service skills with a drive to please and ability to provide empathy, warmth, and conscientiousness to guests.
Computer proficiency required.
Experience working with hospitality guests or three (3) years experience in a customer service setting.
