Location is Two Harbors, MN, close to Duluth on North shore of Lake Superior, North of Minneapolis and close to the Canadian border.
only USA residents will be considered.
you must have Top confectionery making experience.
makes fudge, chocolates, popcorn and a variety of candy
the building is 17,000 square ft. broken into 6 areas:

Train exhibit – 5500Sqf

Callie’s sweets 3500sqf

Popcorn Kitchen – 2000sqf

Back room/storage – 1000sqf

Bathrooms and booth areas 350sqf

Retail Gift area – 5000sqf

Revenue Anticipated 1 million in 2022 and growing fast

There are copper pots, Commercial popcorn poppers, coolers, and basic kitchen tools. Candy manufacturing machinery will be added.
