Senior F&B Manager or Director job Naples, FL

  • Salary $60K; up to $70K for exceptional candidates + benefits
  • in charge of all F&B activities at the Golf Club and Spa
  • Club experience NOT required but does help
  • MUST be very highly organized and able to stay cool when faced with large banquets and events
  • MUST be very much hands on – first half of the day you must be willing to "get your hands dirty"; wearing suit later in the day when facing menebers
  • responsible for bugeting, forecasting, target setting, cost control and P&L
  • hires, trains, coaches schedules, monitors F&B employees
  • maximizes revenues by focusing on member needs and expectations
  • in charge of event and banquet operations, including setups, most are already pre-planned
  • greets and liases with Members
  • Hospitality Management degree or diploma required
  • at least 5 years' prior experience as F&B manager or director in a high end restaurant or club
