Client Group is a growing company in need of a Corporate Regional Executive Chef to lead the culinary function in the execution of menu strategy and quality control. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Executive Chef:

  • Develop innovative new menu/recipe items that positively define the brand – utilize partner/suppliers knowledge base to support menu
  • Develop improvements to current menu categories as prioritized in conjunction with consumer insights
  • Keep abreast of trending developments by exploring new/future menu items, cooking methods, procedures and equipment
  • Organize and conduct food tastings
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Able to spot problems and solve them quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a level head and delegate many kitchen task simultaneously
  • Maximize the productivity of kitchen staff
  • Maintain impeccable personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards
  • Set an example for staff
  • Oversee special catering events and offer culinary instructions and/or demonstrate culinary techniques

Special Qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. To create new menu items that properly portray the concept.

Education: Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree with eight or more years of industry and culinary management experience.
