Salary To $85K plus health care insurance
Must be “hands on”
Skilled at reporting and BOH management
Fine dining experience preferred

Restaurant serves about 450 covers a day during season and 50 in off-season
Current extensive menu includes Mediterranean and Italian seafood items
This position reports to the Owner
There are 10 current menus; you may improve them
Located in trendy Venetian Village on Venetian Bay.
