Client is a restaurant management company located in Columbia, MD seeking qualified and energetic restaurant managers to join its management team in Orlando, Florida, DC metro area, and Maryland. They get TOP TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews.

All managers train in Columbia MD. After training, you are sent to one of our local locations.  We are planning to open a new restaurant in Rockville, MD towards the end of December/ beginning of the year so you may end up there.  However, you need to be open to location as you may be placed in our location in downtown Silver Spring, Gaitherburg, or in Glenarden, MD.  The final location is based on need after you finish training.

Assistant Restaurant manager Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day to day Operations of restaurant
  • Support in operational and financial responsibility for individual unit
  • Ensure compliance of company’s policies and guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization 
  • Motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence
  • Respond to customer service needs
  • Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Control Profit & Loss (i.e., plan attainment) by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
