Assistant Director of F&B job luxury Georgia resort
o Compensation $70-90k plus bonus program
o Oversee 7 outlets within the 2 adjoining properties (NO banquets)
o 7 direct Department head reports, 15 additional leaders, and 200 employees
o Must have DOFB, GM, or AFB / Director of Outlets experience in LARGE property
o Membership experience and five star experience preferred
o Assistant Food and Beverage Director job reports to the Resort Executive Chef
