base salary $40 – 50 K p.a.
restaurant is new to this group and has only 60 seats; much of menu is sushi
reports to General Manager
large restaurant group with $1.5 Billion in annual sales for all divisions
management position for all back of house sushi / sashimi and Japanese menu applications
train sushi and sashimi chefs
your resume MUST SHOW your management and TRAINING history and skills
location; Los Angeles, California at large Japanese and Chinese restaurant group
