  • Salary $45 – 55K p.a.
  • work 3 days per week in the restaurants
  • work 2 days per week doing banquets
  • this is a Sous Chef job, NOT an Executive Sous Chef job
  • inexpensive Florida beach resort lifestyle
  • this is a AAA 4 Diamond resort
  • near Naples, Florida
  • sous chef job cuisine will be American banquet, Italian, breakfast, cafe.
  • you MUST beat the start of your sous chef career step, NOT at the end; hotel will train you to their needs and expects you to stay at sous chef level for several years 
  • fine dining experience a plus
