Salary To $80K
Must be "hands on"
Skilled at reporting and BOH management
Restaurant serves about 450 covers a day during season and 50 in off-season
Current extensive menu includes Mediterranean and Italian seafood items
This position reports to the Owner
There are 10 current menus; ou may improve them
